Jet Pack Returns 

(return all unopened items up to 1 year from the purchase date)

  1. How to return the unwanted items:
  • INSIDE the package you ship back to us include your name, shipping address, the product name, and the number of bottles you are returning, along with your Order ID number. 
  • This information is already on the packing slip that is included in the package so if you haven’t opened it, there’s no need to. 
  • If you do not have your packing slip, you can print and complete this form, or write the needed information on a piece of paper and include it in your return package. 
  • Feel free to use the original packaging if you have it. 
    • Here's the info we need:  

A.Your name and shipping address

B.The order id of each product you are returning

C. Which product and how many bottles of each are you returning?

2. Where to return your package:
  • SunCoast Sciences does not provide free return shipping. 
  • Return your items via the shipper of your choice (United States Postal, UPS, FedEx, etc.). 
    • Ask for a tracking number to be assigned to your package.
    • Email us your return info and tracking number to receive an immediate refund (see #3 below).
    • Send your package to:  285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278 (addressed to our company)

3. How to receive an immediate refund: 

*Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the product purchase only; shipping charges or return shipping costs will not be credited. 

To receive a refund send an email to and include the following:

  1. The tracking number for the package you are returning:
  2. Name on the order:
  3. Shipping address on the order:
  4. The order id number/s:
  5. Name of product & number of bottles being returned:
  6. Indicate the reason for returning the item/s: 
      1. Adverse reaction (what happened?)
      2. Defective or damaged product (specify issue)
      3. Did not get the expected results
      4. Financial
      5. Dr. advised against using
      6. Overstocked
      7. Shipping issue
      8. Didn’t like taste/texture/size
      9. Wrong product received
      10. Expired product 
4. When will your refund be processed?

We'll process your refund as soon as we receive an email containing your return/refund information (see above: "3. How to receive an immediate refund"). 

Please understand that from the date we receive your return tracking information, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank's procedures.

If we do not receive your return tracking number a refund will be processed once our warehouse has recorded your return. Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed depending on postal delivery times and warehouse availability.
